Traditionally eaten on dosas and idli, Chefs Max Boonthanakit and Lijo George have reimagined this traditional seasoning commonly found in India. This 6oz jar consists of crispy yellow lentils, chilis, black pepper from Malabar, coconut, and sesame seeds. We recommend adding Camphor Gunpowder seasoning to salads, pastas, sandwiches, popcorn, or any foods where you need more flavor and crunch.
